I had the privilege of working with Bill at the LBVA. He was always full of life and his humor kept us laughing. He was a good friend. Do to lives circumstances we drifted apart. But there has always been a place of happy memories in my heart. Rest In Peace Bill.

Bill was a wonderful man to spend time with and do business with. I got to know him, as my customer, over the last few years. I was shocked to hear of his passing, but it sounds like he was literally In His Element. May he rest in peace.
