Timothy Patrick Peabody

Grounded in Faith and deeply devoted to family, Timothy Patrick Peabody was the best in all of us.  Superb athlete, Phi Beta Kappa Scholar, a brilliant lawyer and businessman. And yet, his best qualities were those more personal.  He gave undivided attention to everyone he met, was more interested in your story than his own, with an uncanny ability to let you know you were in the company of a good friend. Those privileged to spend time with Tim were guaranteed an endearing memory filled with your own laughter, but none greater than the deep and bellowing laugh that became his trademark.
Tim’s life was forever changed 33 years ago when he met his best friend and the love of his life, Nadine.  Together, they embarked on a loving journey, inseparable partners blessed with 3 amazing children, Timothy Jr., Kelly Elizabeth, and Matthew Charles.  A supportive and protective father, Tim jumped headfirst into his children’s sports and other interests, while continuing to set the bar as a loving husband in a home filled with joy.  A home where Tim left the door open, so you could join him in cheering on his beloved Red Sox, or on Sundays, stop by for donuts and a Patriots game.
With his Faith and Family foremost in his mind, Tim embraced every day with joy and optimism.  As Tim would tell Nadine, he had loved and laughed more in his lifetime than he ever thought possible.  When confronted with illness, he saw only opportunity, his green eyes bright and focused. Tim’s fight was extraordinary, and even in passing, he was a courageous example of how to live. We are all better for having known Tim, but in the end, he would say he was the lucky one.  Timothy is survived by his amazing wife Nadine, Sons Timothy Patrick, Jr., Matthew Charles, daughter, Kelly Elizabeth . .
