Sergio V. Agraz

Sergio Velazquez Agraz passed away on July 8th 2024, with his family and loved ones by his side. 

Sergio was born on February 25th 1947, to Ramon and Maria Agraz. He grew up in Ajijic, Jalisco, Mexico and was the youngest of 3 sons. Sergio lost his older brothers at a very young age and grew up as an only child. In his early 20's, Sergio immigrated to the United States where he eventually established his life in the city of Santa Ana with his first wife and 4 of 6 children they would have. In time Sergio became a single father and dedicated his life to raising his children with the help of his mother. Sergio worked as a cook in the hospital setting and also developed a business in upholstery. In 1982, Sergio met Marie A Leon, at Western Medical Center where they were both employed. They were married and shared two daughters together. Sergio is survived by his children, Leticia Nieves, Ramon Agraz, Araceli Agraz, Sergio II Agraz, Jesus Agraz, Marcela Camargo, Veronica Castaneda, Erica Castaneda, Cynthia Castaneda, Gerardo Castaneda, Annalisa Agraz, Norma Lucero, 44 grand children, and 19 great-grandchildren. 

Sergio will be dearly missed.
