Mark Ross Gorsuch, born on December 18, 1953, in Burbank, California, passed away on May 21, 2024, in Orange, California. Mark leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication as a husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Judith; his daughter Christina and her spouse AJ; his son Jason and his spouse Tate; and his cherished grandchildren, Sydney, Beau, Kane, Cole, and Kennedy.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Barbara, and his brother, Clint. He was a loving and devoted family man who never missed an opportunity to share his passions and skills with his family. Mark was an avid enthusiast of everything with a motor, from off-road racing to teaching his children and grandchildren how to shoot, fish, and drive anything with wheels.
Mark's love for adventure was evident in his enjoyment of trips to the river and traveling with his family. He was also a talented cook who relished preparing and sharing great meals with those he loved, especially bbq!
Throughout his more than three-decade career in sales, Mark worked tirelessly to provide the best for his family, including ensuring his children received a private Catholic education. His commitment to his family and his work ethic were unwavering, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew him.
Mark's memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will always remember his dedication, love, and the joy he brought into their lives.
The Sisters of St. Joseph have graciously opened their chapel to the Gorsuch family for Mark's funeral Mass, however for the safety of the older Sisters in the community whose health may be compromised, the Sisters have asked that the guests wear face masks.
