Larry passed away peacefully at his Newport Beach home on Sept. 12.  His wife, Gloria, several of his adult children, daughters-in-law and son-in-law and grandchildren were at his side.   Larry was born and raised in Detroit, where he attended St. Benedict’s School.  He graduated from Loyola University in Los Angeles, and began a long, successful career as an insurance agent and financial planner in Southern California.  Larry had a large and loving family and an extensive circle of friends.  We will miss him dearly.  The Parker family invites his friends to join us for a Funeral Mass for Larry at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 1441 W. Balboa Blvd., Newport Beach, on Saturday, Oct. 9 at 11:00 a.m.  Reception to follow.
