Joseph Steven Black

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Joseph Steven Black, who peacefully departed on June 15, 2026 at the age of 69.

Born on  December 5, 1956 in Marysville, Ca, Steven  lived a life marked by love, kindness, and dedication to family and friends. He will be remembered for his warm spirit, generous heart, and the joy he brought to those around them.

Steven is survived by his father Louie Black, sister Linda Black Fraser (Rick), 10 neices and nephews, 28 great neices and nephews, and 2 great great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Rose M. Black, and brother Thomas R. Black.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date.

Though Steven is no longer with us, the memories shared and the love given will remain in our hearts forever.
