Glenn Donald Halkett passed away on November 21, 2022 at the age of fifty-
eight. Glenn was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. Born
to Shirley and Donald Halkett on September 30th 1964. Glenn grew up in
Santa Ana and graduated from Saddleback High School in 1982. He
graduated from Long Beach State University and became a Fireman for Chino
Valley Fire. After 25 years, Glenn retired and spent his time with family and
friends, playing golf and traveling to Hawaii.
Glenn was an avid golfer, playing almost every day of the week. When he
wasn’t on the golf course, he spent his time cheering on his favorite teams:
the Denver Broncos and Anaheim Angels. He was also a member of a pool
league and loved spending time riding his electric bike through San Clemente.
Glenn is survived by his son, Nolan Halkett and daughter Natalie Halkett.
Aside from being survived by his children, Glenn leaves behind his sisters
Karen Halkett, Cynthia Steinbach (Stan), Laurie Bothwell (Jim), and his
brother, Gary Halkett (Chanele). Along with many nieces, nephews, great-
nieces and great-nephews, who loved their Uncle.
