Frank Larry Yeargain

Bud Yeargain (94) passed away peacefully at home in Costa Mesa.  Bud was an honest, hardworking family man who was always willing to lend a helping hand or share anything he had with someone in need.  He was a hot rod enthusiast his entire life and went on to teach autobody repair at Golden West College for 42 years.  He proudly served in the Air Force in Korea during the Korean War.  Bud and Dot (Dorothy Yeargain) were married 66 years and raised five girls.  He was “the rock” of the family and took care of everybody.  Whenever the going got tough his quiet strength and generosity was always able to reassure us all that everything would work out ok in the end.  He was truly an American Classic and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.  He will remain in our hearts and souls forever.
