Felisa Viguilla Francisco

Felisa was an accomplished academic- the class valedictorian, a college graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, a Board Exam passer at the Philippine College of Criminology, and the president of the Signature Verifier Organization, one of the three recognized school organizations She was a hard-working professional- worked as a Forensic Chemist at the Bureau of Mines, then at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) before flying to Germany then finally immigrating to the U.S. to work as a Pharmaceutical Chemist. She was also a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend who shared everything she had for the ones she love. She selflessly provided for her family and generously gave what little she had; she’s a Ninang to everyone. Above all, she was a devout Catholic and a faithful servant of the Lord.
