Elisha Renee James

Elisha James was born on December 11, 1990, she went home to be with the Lord on January 21,
2025 after 34 years on the earth. She accepted, professed and proclaimed Jesus the Christ as her
Lord and Savior, and served Him with gladness during her life in California and Virginia.
Elisha will forever be remembered as a spiritual source of love, joy, peace and a true friend to many.

confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. 2
Corinthians 5:8; Then I heard a voice from heaven say, "Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in
the Lord from now on." "Yes," says the Spirit, "they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow
them."
Elisha James is a beloved daughter, sister, Godmother, cousin, and friend. She is survived by her
Mother, Marsha and her Father, Kelvin Derek; her sister Elizabeth, her brother Austin; and Aunts,
Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and other relatives.
