Elizabeth Margaret Bohks, lovingly known as EB, passed away on February 24, 2026, at the age of 35. She was a radiant soul whose creativity, kindness, and laughter touched hundreds—if not thousands—of lives. Whether backstage or in everyday moments, EB had a way of making people feel seen, cared for, and inspired.
EB’s nickname was given to her by her beloved grandmother, Lois, who called her Ebee—a name filled with love that stayed with her always. As she grew into adulthood, she shortened it to EB, a name that came to represent her artistry, warmth, and unmistakable presence.
Elizabeth attended St. Luke’s and Saint Paul before graduating from Segerstrom High School and Fullerton College. Throughout her education, she developed a deep love for the arts and community that would guide her life’s work.
She built a meaningful career in the theater industry, specializing in wigs and cosmetology. Through her talent, dedication, and meticulous attention to detail, EB helped bring countless characters to life on stage. Her work was often behind the scenes, but her impact was always felt—by performers, crews, and audiences alike. She was deeply respected for her craft and cherished for her generosity of spirit.
Elizabeth is survived by her loving parents, Pamela Gentzler and David Bohks; her siblings, Daniel Denbo and Rebekah Denbo; and her sister-in-law, Jessica Flores. She was a devoted aunt to her nieces and nephews, Jacob, Cloey, Michael, Delilah, Isaac, and Crystal, and a cherished great-aunt to Aurora Sofia and Zamaeya, and her cat "son" Sneaky.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Russell and Lois Gentzler and Margarett and Robert Bohks.
Above all, Elizabeth will be remembered for her great love of her family and friends, generous heart, her infectious laugh, and the way she made everyone’s life brighter simply by being in it. Her legacy lives on in the art she created, the community she loved, and the countless people who were better for having known her.
