Lillian “Diamond Lil” Wright passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening, September 18, 2018, surrounded by family.

Lil leaves behind two children, John and Sandi; four grandchildren, Jessica, Jed, Jodi and Lacey; and 7 great grandchildren, Jed, Alyssa, Bradly, Seth, Dylan, Kellan and Brynn.

She was preceded in death by and now joins her dancing partner and loving husband, Jack Wright, who passed away in 2001.

Born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey on January 21, 1930, she was later blessed with a younger brother.  When she was 31 years old she moved to Santa Ana, California,  where she raised herown two children John and Sandi.  An Orange County resident for 57 years, Lillian has been an avid personality in the community.  She enjoyed traveling, camping, dancing and shopping.

Lillian worked for the Saddleback Valley school district for over 20 years and was involved as an aide in various special needs programs.  She was an active volunteer at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church and a member of the Red Hat Society.

A memorial service will be held at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., and she will be laid to rest alongside her beloved husband, Jack, at CrestlawnCemetery in Norco.
