Gonzales, Federico M., 88, a lifetime resident of Santa Ana passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Federico is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Mrs. Herminia (Ibarra) Gonzales; daughters Mary Ruth (Raul) Aguilera and Rosalinda Macias; sons Fred (M.  Jessie), Oscar, Roy (Laurel), Bobby (Aurora Ulloa); 16 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; brother, Jacinto; sisters, Concepcion and Leonor.
 Federico adored his wife “Minnie” and they were inseparable. “Tata” loved his family and even during his lengthy illness was always concerned about everyone and prayed for us. He loved food, music, dancing, jewelry and the Angels. Tata had an infectious smile, loved making people laugh and was full of life. He had a big heart and always helped those in need. Tata had a special love for the children in the family and they cherished his love and playing with him. He was our leader, our mentor, our advisor, our confident. Tata will always be with us as we utilize what he taught us to guide us in our lives.
