David Si'i

“On Saturday, October 5, 2019, David Si’i, 57, passed away at St. Josephs Hospital in Orange, California.

David was born November 29, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Rosabelle Dole Si’i and Latai Teaeatafa Si’i. 

He attended Santa Ana Valley High School where he was a standout all-league athlete on the football team. He continued his education at Santa Ana College then Cal State Fullerton where he continued his football career. He started working for Santa Ana Probation then transitioned to work at the Santa Ana Jail as a correctional officer for 23 years. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Monica Si’i, their seven children: Ryan, Jessica, Alexis, Jacob, Justin, Noah and Joseph Si’i, his brother, Daniel Si’i and in laws Jose and Irene Sanchez.

Funeral Services in memory of David will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 8:00pm and Friday, October 18, 2019 at 11:00am at St. Joachim’s Catholic Church in Costa Mesa.”
