Christopher Robert Casum

Christopher Robert Casum, age 35, passed away on January 2, 2019 in Santa Ana, California. He was born April 14, 1983, in Anaheim to beloved parents Robert Leo and Cynthia Marie (Whitehurst) Casum. He married Billie Jo Infield in July 2003. They were blessed with two sons Drake Christopher on April 19, 2008 and then Gavin Joseph on January 29, 2010. 

Christopher proudly served in the United States Navy from 2003 to 2013. He was an aviation mechanic working on helicopters and aviation painting. His tours took him to Pennsylvania, Texas, and San Diego. Christopher loved working on cars and motorcycles. He was very proud of his two sons Drake and Gavin and loved them with all of his heart. He was happiest watching them play baseball and skateboarding with them. His other love was his pit bull Harley, who he considered to be his best friend. 

He is survived by his loving grandmother Steffy, father Robert Leo and mother Cynthia Marie Casum, brother Jeremy (Valerie) Casum, and sister Catie Casum as well as many cousins, aunts, and uncles. He was loved more than he knew and will be missed dearly. 

Family, friends and those touched by Christopher’s life are invited to a funeral mass at Saint Simon and Jude Catholic Church located in Huntington Beach on January 25, 2019 at 10:00AM. There will be a reception to follow at 11:30AM at the Elks Lodge- 7711 Talbert Ave, HB. In lieu of flowers, please see the go fund me account that has been created for the family.
