Richter, Victoria O., 92 a longtime resident of Culver City CA. and currently residing in Garden Grove CA passed away peacefully on March 23, 2018. Born in San Diego, CA on December 16, 1925, daughter of Daniel and Sofia (Valdez) Gonzales. She is survived by her niece of Thousand Oaks Linda Franco. Victoria was very proud to have worked for the Federal Reserve for over 40 years.
