Our beloved Nellie is survived by her mother Anita Escobedo, her sisters Olga, Anita, and Yolanda, and her brothers Danny and Tony. She leaves behind her husband Harvey, her sons Harvey Jr. and Stevie, along with their wives DeeDee and Natalia, and her grandchildren Desiray, Harvey, and Trinity. She is proceeded by her father Santos Escobedo. 
She was born to Anita and Santos Escobedo on October 14, 1959 in Zacatecas, Jerez Mexico. She grew up in Santa Ana California where she met her husband Harvey while in their early teens, and later married on September 29, 1979 in their early twenties. The birth of their two sons was the highlight of Nellie’s life. She lived for her boys. Nellie spent her life making sure her boys were loved, fed, and always had more than enough. She extended her love even further to all who entered her home or crossed paths with her. 
Nellie passed away early Wednesday morning December 6th, at Kaiser hospital in Riverside. Thank you to all who have sent condolences, prayers, and a kind word to the family. Nellie will be greatly missed but her love and legacy will live on through all the lives she’s touched.
